NSW based ARCS Building group maintains and services university, school and hotel buildings and has a host of commercial and industrial clients. Services range from carpentry to painting, plumbing and electrical work. Among ARCS's larger clients are Transfield Services, Yokohama Tyres Head Office, NSW Fire Brigaede and Austral Bricks.

Financial year ending June 2006 saw turnover almost double that projected, and a soaring of net profits. Initially established in 1996, the company quicly expanded but several years later, in late 2003, a split in business partnership meant Grueff had to start from scratch, with just one employee and two loyal clients.

Hard work, effective marketing and use of a professional business model helped set ARCS back on track and it's gone from strength to strength, now employing 17 staff and with a service vehicle fleet of nine. Today ARCS isrefitting a commercial unit that was recently purchased as part of the next phase of expansion.
